Haverhill-based Pentucket Bank has promoted four employees.

Carol Wilson was promoted to senior vice president and human resources manager. Wilson joined the bank in 2011 as the vice president of human resources following her time at Wiggin & Nourie P.A. in Manchester, N.H. as director of human resources and training. At Pentucket, Wilson is responsible for providing leadership in developing and executing human resources strategy in support of the overall business plans and strategic direction of the bank.

Lori Luponi was named senior vice president, risk officer and audit manager. Luponi began her career are Pentucket Bank in 1984 as a part-time teller and has worked her way through the ranks in her 30 year tenure. Her duties include oversight of the audit program for the bank, general oversight of facilities and security and various aspects of risk management including insurance, vendor managements, privacy and risk assessment of products and services.

Marianne Beaulieu was named assistant vice president and senior underwriter. Beaulieu joined the bank in 2010, bringing with her more than 35 years of experience in the industry. She is primarily responsible for the underwriting of all conventional and consumer loans for Pentucket Bank.

Raymond Danjou was promoted to assistant vice president and information technology manager. Danjou came to Pentucket Bank in December 2012. He had more than 30 years of experience in the IT industry, 14 of those years specific to the banking industry. At Pentucket Bank, Danjou oversees the bank’s technology budget while serving as a key decision maker for the technology it deploys. Danjou recently became Microsoft Certified.

Pentucket Bank is a mutually chartered bank with six full-service community banking offices; three in Haverhill and North Andover as well as Hampstead, N.H. and Salem, N.H.
