Seder & Chandler

Devon A. Kinnard joins Seder & Chandler of Worcester as partner. Kinnard previously was partner in the banking and credit, and business law practice groups at a mid-size law firm in Boston.

 

Acella Construction

Ryan LaVangie joins Acella Construction of Pembroke as vice president of sales and marketing. LaVangie has 20 years of industry experience, previously working at Vantage Builders as senior vice president of sales and marketing. LaVangie coaches youth soccer in Scituate as well.

 

STV|DPM

STV|DPM of Newton has hired two senior project managers, Kerrie Julian and Timothy MacKay, three project managers, Chris Anderson, Tracey Anderson and James Riefstahl, and an assistant project manager, Andy Cook. Julian previously worked at saam architecture, MacKay previously worked at CTA Construction, Chris Anderson previously worked at Pratt & Whitney, Tracey Anderson previously worked at Fox Relocation Management, Riefstahl previously worked at NV5 and Cook previously worked at ISS Facility Services.

 

Perkins+Will

Lisa Killaby and Gautam Sundaram join Perkins+Will’s Boston office, and Andrew Grote, Carolyn Cooney and Matthew Pierce have been promoted to associate principals. Grote is operations director, Carolyn is marketing director and Pierce is a senior designer at Perkins+Will. Killaby joins with decades of experience as principal of the studio’s strategy practice, and Sundaram joins as principal of the urban design practice.

 

Marlborough Economic Development Corp.

Andrea Pion has been appointed as executive chair of the Marlborough Economic Development Corp.’s board. Pion is the vice president of national client programs at The DAVIS Companies. Pion has served on the board since 2016.

 

The Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod

Ralph Coppola and Charlotte Green join The Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod. Coppola joins as a residential mortgage officer and Green joins as assistant residential mortgage sales manager. Lee Ann Hesse has also been promoted to chief engagement officer at the bank. Hesse was previously the bank’s chief human resources officer and has been with the bank since 2013.

 

Cape Cod 5

Emilie Bajorek and Stephen Johannessen have been promoted at Cape Cod 5 of Orleans. Bajorek has been promoted to senior vice president, chief of staff and Johannessen has been promoted to senior vice president, deputy chief financial officer and vice treasurer.
