The long-serving chairman of the board at Lincoln-based Hanscom Federal Credit Union, Paul J. Marotta, has stepped down in order to pursue other credit union and personal activities. Marotta was elected chairman emeritus at the board’s organizational meeting following the credit union’s annual meeting on May 4. Longtime director Ray T. Phillips was elected chairman of the board. Also elected during the meeting were John A. Delcore as vice chairman, Mark D. Walsh as treasurer and Teresa S. Conrad as secretary.
