Cummings Properties
Woburn-based Cummings Properties promoted Bob Heffernan to deputy general field manager of the company’s 10 million-square-foot portfolio and the hundreds of tradespeople it employs. Heffernan has been with Cummings since he joined as a teenaged summer worker before his 1996 graduation from UMass Dartmouth.

Hanscom Federal Credit Union Bedford branch manager Matthew Francis has been selected to attend Crash the GAC 2021 by The Cooperative Trust and Credit Union National Association (CUNA) to represent Massachusetts. Crash the GAC gives credit union professionals under the age of 35 the chance to attend the CUNA Governmental Affairs Conference (GAC) on March 2-4. Crashers will hear and learn from credit union executives and thought leaders from across the country, including influential legislators, policymakers, and credit union experts on the political landscape and its effect on credit unions.

Reading Cooperative Bank
Reading Cooperative Bank honored numerous employees for their years of service:
- Recognized for 25 years of service was Elena Dlunieski, while Dawn Moran, banking specialist II, was awarded for her 30 years of service.
- Acknowledged for 15 years of services was Caitlin Adams, banking specialist II, and Patty Lascola, assistant branch manager. Recently retired Judy Hildreth, former assistant treasurer/controller, earned a service award for her 20 years of service.
- Acknowledged for their five years of service was Ann Duffy, assistant vice president and credit officer, Nick Iudiciani, North Reading branch manager, Michelle Nunez, banking specialist II, Karley Witham, banking specialist II, and Kara Worthington, vice president and senior human resources generalist. Rewarded for her 10 years of experience was Elizabeth Thompson, deposit operations supervisor.
