Many senior leaders have accepted new responsibilities in the world of banking, finance and philanthropy in this week’s personnel file.

 

Berkshire Hills Bancorp Inc.

Berkshire Hills Bancorp Inc. announced the addition of three new leaders to the bank’s established team in the Greater Boston area: Paul Kelly, regional president of Boston and Worcester; Doug MacLean, senior vice president and commercial real estate market executive; and Susan Yahn DiPinto, senior vice president of private banking.

  • Kelly joins Berkshire from People’s United Bank, where he was regional market president for Central Massachusetts. Prior to that, he was market leader in Boston for Santander Bank.
  • MacLean joins Berkshire Bank from KeyBank, where he was the New England market executive of First Niagara Bank, which Key acquired in 2016.
  • DiPinto joins Berkshire with 30 years of relationship management and leadership experience, most recently with Boston Private Bank.

 

Clinton Savings Bank

Andrew J. Moisan has joined the commercial lending team at Clinton Savings Bank as a senior vice president and commercial relationship manager. He brings over 25 years of banking experience to his role and will be responsible for developing and enriching the bank’s commercial banking relationships and loan portfolio. Moisan had been the COO at Alden Credit Union for seven years prior to joining Clinton Savings Bank.

 

JLL

JLL has hired Paul T. Newman as a group manager overseeing the MIT Investment Management Co. portfolio, encompassing approximately 2 million square feet and 100 assets including office, lab, industrial, residential and retail. Newman has over 25 years of property management experience. Prior to joining JLL, he was general manager/city leader for Piedmont Office Realty Trust.

 

Kaplan Construction

Bill Slaney has joined Kaplan Construction as operations manager. Slaney will oversee all field operations, project schedules, site logistics plans, safety program and quality control. He will also serve as the company’s safety director.

 

Leominster Credit Union

Janet L. Belsky was promoted to senior vice president of marketing at Leominster Credit Union. Belsky joined the LCU Team in March 2010 as the vice president of marketing. Belsky has worked in marketing and public relations for more than three decades.

 

Main Street Bank

Main Street Bank introduced the newest member of its retail community lending team: Felicia Freel, community lender in the Ayer, Shirley, Lunenburg and Devens areas. She is responsible for helping her customers reach their dream of owning a home by finding the best mortgage product to fit their needs. Freel began her banking career in 2007. She has worked as a teller, head teller and customer service representative. She joined Main Street Bank in 2015 as a branch supervisor.

 

Tighe & Bond

Tighe & Bond has added four senior professionals to its transportation team: Vinod Kalikiri, Michael Santos, Jianhong Wang and Benjamin Clark.

  • Vinod Kalikiri has joined Tighe & Bond as a senior project manager and team leader in its Worcester office. He has 22 years of experience in transportation planning, traffic engineering and related permitting at the local and state levels.
  • Michael Santos has joined Tighe & Bond as a project manager in its Westwood office. A professional traffic operations engineer, he has more than 15 years of transportation planning and traffic engineering experience for both large-scale public sector projects and private development projects in the Greater Boston Area and across the state.
  • Jianhong Wang has joined Tighe & Bond as a senior engineer in its Shelton, Connecticut office. She has eight years of experience in traffic operational analysis, simulation and modeling, traffic signal design, signing and pavement marking, corridor studies, interchange studies and parking studies.
  • Benjamin Clark has joined Tighe & Bond as a project engineer in its Portsmouth, New Hampshire office. He has more than 14 years of transportation and land use experience in both the private and public sectors.

 

Sasaki

Sasaki has hired Alexandra Lee as executive director of its nonprofit Hideo Sasaki Foundation. Lee is formerly an executive director of the Kendall Square Association. The foundation, created in 2000 after founder Hideo Sasaki’s passing, has most notably supported academic programs at the Boston Architectural College and research grants at the Society for College and University Planning through the Perry Chapman Prize.
