The owner of a Concord organic restaurant will open a 6,866-square-foot waterfront dining spot at the Pier 4 condominium development in Boston’s Seaport District.

Kristin Canty’s two-year-old Woods Hill Table sources its ingredients from her New Hampshire farm and other local food providers.

New York developer Tishman Speyer is building the 9-story, 106-unit condo development designed by SHoP architects in collaboration with Boston-based CBT on the former Anthony’s Pier 4 site on Northern Avenue.

“Anthony’s PIER 4 brought celebrities and dignitaries to the South Boston waterfront long before its development boom. The site was considered one of the most picturesque dining destinations in the city, and we are determined to continue that legacy,” Jeffrey Wechsler, managing director at Tishman Speyer, said in a statement.
