Ron Perry
After acquiring Boston commercial real estate brokerage T3 Advisors in June, Savills has hired three experienced local brokers to expand its Boston office.
Ron Perry, Larry Epstein and Matt Perry have completed more than 2.6 million square feet in transactions valued at nearly $1 billion over the past five years at Avison Young’s Boston office.
In 2020, the team completed Avison Young’s largest global lease transaction, representing Loomis Sayles in its 230,000-square-foot lease at One Financial Center in Boston.
Ron Perry joins the firm as an executive managing director, while Epstein will be a senior managing director and Matt Perry will be a corporate managing director.
“With the addition of this team, there’s a natural synergy. We now have a formidable bench of talent that specializes in life sciences, technology and professional services,” Savills Boston Market Leader Roy Hirshland said in a statement.
Savills has 40 North American offices and more than 900 employees.
