Developer Skanska USA Commercial Development Inc. has sold its recently completed Harlo apartment tower in Boston’s Fenway neighborhood for $150 million.
Invesco Advisers acquired the 212-unit, 17-story tower which was completed in 2017. The purchase price works out to nearly $708,000 per unit.
Amenities in the 183,000-square-foot building at 1350 Boylston St. include a fifth-floor terrace with grills and fire pit, an 18th-floor “Sky Deck” with views of Fenway Park, fitness center, outdoor yoga terrace, private dining and event space and pet spa.
The 1.5-acre site previously was home to a Burger King restaurant. Skanska paid $12.45 million for the property in 2012.
