Developer Related Beal has begun marketing 101 condominiums at The Quinn, its redevelopment of the former Quinzani’s Bakery site in Boston’s South End.
Boston-based Related Beal said completion of the 14-story condo tower on Harrison Avenue is scheduled for late 2020. Units are being offered at prices ranging from $800,000 to $5 million. The Collaborative Cos. of Boston is the sales agent.
Designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects and interior designers Meyer Davis, the complex emulates the row house and industrial architecture of South End, Related Beal said.
The project occupies a 44,570-square-foot site at 370-380 Harrison Ave., formerly occupied by the bakery and Ho Kong Bean Sprout Co. The project also will include 172 apartments.
