| A state agency has leased 7,686 square feet at Worcester’s Mercantile Center for new offices.
The Department of Industrial Accidents will move 13 employees from 349 Main St. to the third floor at 100 Front St. after signing a 10-year lease with Franklin Realty Advisors.
More than 90,000 square feet of leases have been signed in the past year at the 420,000-square-foot 100 and 120 Front St. The 252,000-square-foot office tower at 100 Front St. is 98 percent occupied.
