A Denver investor paid $96.3 million for a Sullivan Square property that was the site of an industrial-to-residential conversion by Boston-based Berkeley Investments.
EverWest Real Estate Investors bought the Graphic, which includes a brick-and-beam building at 32 Cambridge St. containing 46 apartments and an apartment building completed in 2019 with another 125 loft-style units.
Foundation Kitchen leases nearly 6,000 square feet of retail space for a cafe, wine bar and commercial kitchen.
The buyer is an affiliate of EverWest Real Estate Investors, a Denver-based real estate investor that lists local holdings including the Liberty Square and 50 Congress St. office buildings in Boston.
The Graphic currently lists one-bedroom units starting at $2,255 per month.
CBRE’s Simon Butler, Biria St. John and John McLaughlin represented the seller and procured the buyer.
