An office building just off Interstate 495 in Tewksbury has sold for $30.9 million to a Florida asset management firm.

The 140,000-square-foot, 2-story building at 1 Radcliffe Road was bought Kawa Capital Partners of Aventura, Florida. Kawa has participated in $3 billion in transactions in the last decade.

Originally completed in 1986 and renovated in 2018, the property is 100-percent leased to L3 Technologies.

CBRE’s Boston Capital Markets team represented the seller, Curo Enterprises, and procured the buyer.

The building is assessed at $6.4 million, according to town property records, and last sold in 2013 for $6.65 million.
