Three brick townhouses just north of Roxbury’s Dudley Square have sold for $4.6 million, according to information filed with the Suffolk Registry of Deeds.

DDJB Real Estate Holdings LLC sold 34, 38 and 40 Williams St. to an equal partnership of two LLCs, TandT LLC and 69 I Street LLC.

Holliday Fenoglio Fowler L.P. exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer. According to HHF, the three-building portfolio had been recently renovated.

Additionally, HFF worked on behalf of the buyer to secure the 10-year, fixed-rate acquisition loan through a Boston-area bank. Registry of deeds information shows the properties carried a $3.45 million mortgage from Salem Five.

The HFF investment advisory team representing the seller was led by directors Adam Dunn and Michael Restivo. HFF’s debt placement team was led by director Patrick Keefe.
