| Westfield-based engineering and design firm Tighe & Bond has acquired Rhode Island-based RT Group Inc., a firm with expertise in waterfront engineering, dam safety and geotechnical services.
The acquisition facilitates the expansion of the firms’ waterfront consultancy.

We welcome this talented team to our firm,” Tighe & Bond President and CEO Bob Belitz said in a statement.
With the inclusion of RT Group’s North Kingston office, Tighe & Bond now has 12 locations in New England and New York.
