Financial services tenants have signed a pair of leases totaling 36,818 square feet at The Davis Cos.’ Cityside office complex in Waltham.

Bank of America is expanding its existing offices by 23,330 square feet, bringing its total occupancy at the property up to 118,222 square feet.

And investment manager DDJ Capital Management is relocating from Waltham to occupy 13,488 square feet at Cityside, with a planned relocation this fall.

The Davis Cos. acquired the 303,460-square-foot complex at 1025-1075 Main St., which was originally developed in 1980 for BayBank, in 2014 for $52.5 million, and has updated common areas and amenities.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Rob Byrne and Liz McLaughlin represented ownership in both transactions.

CBRE’s Ryan Romano, Tom Hansen and Malcom See represented Bank of America in its lease, while CBRE’s Perry Beal and Ron Friedman represented DDJ Capital Management.
