Weston Realtor Kathryn Alphas-Richlen has been named the top agent out of Coldwell Banker’s 4,000 agents in New England for her 2018 sales accomplishments

In addition, the company awarded her its International Society of Excellence award for 2018. This award represents 133 Coldwell Banker agents out of 92,000 internationally.

With over 17 years of experience in Boston’s MetroWest real estate market, Alphas-Richlen personally oversaw over $750 million in sales.

Alphas-Richlen was ranked in the top one half of 1 percent of the more than 1.1 million Realtors nationwide last year. A lifetime Weston resident, Alphas-Richlen is a member of the Women’s Community League of Weston, the Woodland Golf Club and Saint Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church.
