Women’s footwear company Earth Inc. has leased 20,804 square feet at Centerpoint in Waltham for a new headquarters and will relocate from 135 2nd Ave. in Waltham late this year.

Jack Kerrigan, Steve Cook and Virginia Kerrigan of Avison Young represented Earth Inc. in the transaction. Cushman & Wakefield represented landlord Saracen Properties of Waltham. Located on Seyon Street near the Watertown line, Centerpoint contains 500,000 square feet of office and R&D space and a 30,000-square-foot health club.

“The dramatic interior and exterior spaces create the creative office vibe we were looking for, and will aid Earth’s efforts to attract top-tier talent as we enhance our corporate profile,” Earth Inc. President Gary Champion said in a statement.

Shoe manufacturer Clarks Americas Inc. signed a 15-year lease in May for 120,000 square feet at the former Polaroid building at 1265 Main St. in Waltham, which is being renovated as a build-to-suit project by developer 1265 Main St. LLC and joint venture partner Boston Properties.

And Wolverine Worldwide is the anchor tenant for Boston Properties’ 245,000-square-foot 10 CityPoint development in Waltham scheduled for completion in mid-2016. Wolverine markets the Sperry Top-Sider, Saucony, Keds and Stride Rite brands.
