A 39,000-square-foot industrial building in North Andover has been sold to a purveyor of baked goods.

Bake ‘n Joy Foods acquired the 335 Willow St. property from Eastcon Realty Trust, the owner of the property since 1984, for $3.55 million.

Eastern Bank provided $2.84 million in mortgage financing, according to Essex County Registry of Deeds records.

Founded in 1941, Bake ‘n Joy sells its lines of baked goods including doughnuts, muffins and cookies to bakeries, supermarkets and food service companies.

James Stubblebine and Micah Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Co./CORFAC International represented the seller and procured the buyer.
