An industrial building on Middlesex Turnpike in Billerica has been bought by a major Boston developer.

The Davis Cos. paid $23.5 million for 900 Middlesex Turnpike’s Building 6 according to documents filed with the Middlesex North Registry of Deeds.

Built in 1982 according to town property records, the 91,646-square-foot building was repositioned by the seller, The RAM Cos., after buying it four years ago for $13.3 million according to CBRE, which represented the seller. CBRE’s Scott Dragos, Chris Skeffington, Doug Jacoby, Anthony Hayes, Roy Sandeman, Tim Mulhall and Dan Hines headed the marketing team and represented RAM.

The property offers 30-foot by 40-foot column spacing, 26-foot clear heights, four tailboard dock doors with levelers and 268 parking spaces, CBRE said. It is fully leased through May 2028 to ASM NEXX, a worldwide  supplier of metallization advanced packaging deposition equipment.

The Middlesex Turnpike corridor is a major hub for manufacturing and technology businesses, and is only a short drive away from the Burlington Mall retail area.
