Canton Co-operative Bank sponsored the Money Experience personal finance education program for juniors and seniors at Canton High School.

Dedham Savings Bank

Dedham Savings Bank donated $7,0000 in support of The Community Builders’ new project at Franklin Park Community Corner.  Funds will be used to update the Community Corner and develop a welcoming and inviting space where community members can receive needed supports.

Eastern Bank

Boston-based Eastern Bank donated $50,000 to Brockton-based NeighborWorks Housing Solutions to fund the nonprofit’s COVID-19 relief efforts on the South Shore.

The bank also gave $45,000 to Father Bill’s & MainSpring, another Brockton-based social service group aimed at preventing and ending homelessness, for similar work.

Hanscom Federal Credit Union

Hanscom Federal Credit Union gave $1,500 to On-Site Academy, a short-term residential treatment center for returning veterans and first responders who need support after experiencing traumatic incidents in the line of duty.

Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union

Lowell-based Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union gave $1,500 to the Greater Lawrence Family Health Center as part of its fourth-quarter Give-a-Click donation program.

Mechanics Cooperative Bank

Employees at Fall River-based Mechanics Cooperative Bank raised roughly $6,000 over the course of 2020 through its “Jeans Fridays for Charity” program. St Jude’s Children’s’ Research Hospital, the Children’s Advocacy Center of Bristol County and Forever Paws Animal Shelter each received $4,000 from the proceeds thanks to a dollar-for-dollar match from the bank.

MutualOne Bank

Framingham-based MutualOne Bank gave $5,000 to support a mentoring program for girls at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Mass & MetroWest.

Rollstone Bank

Leominster-based Rollstone Bank announced it plans to donate $25,000 in $25 increments to local nonprofits for every checking account opened with the bank between now and June 30.
