Dedham Savings Bank

Dedham Savings Bank gave $5,000 to the Needham Community Farm. This grant will be used to help fund facility upgrades, including the installation of special fencing to keep animals and pests out of the 3-acre primary farming site.

Hanscom Federal Credit Union

Hanscom Air Force Base continued the tradition of giving back to the community for the holidays by collecting donations to purchase warm winter clothing for their annual Giving Tree program. This year, 19 children from 8 families received clothing through the program, which is coordinated through Hanscom Federal Credit Union and has been in operation since 1990.

The credit union also gave $20,000 Cooperative Credit Union Association in support of the Massachusetts Coalition for the Homeless’ A Bed for Every Child program, bringing its total 2020 contribution to A Bed for Every Child to $35,000.

Monson Savings Bank

Monson Savings Bank donated $1,000 to the Monson Free Library. The donation was made following the public voting results of the 2021 Monson Savings Bank Community Giving Initiative.

MutualOne Bank

Framingham-based MutualOne Bank gave $10,000 to St. Bridget’s Food Pantry in Framingham

North Easton Savings Bank

North Easton Savings Bank donated $1,000 to the educational Easton nonprofit Raising Multicultural Kids. Raising Multicultural Kids is dedicated to increasing racial and cultural competency in predominantly white communities through deep engagement with schools, educational experts and local citizens.

RTN Federal Credit Union

Waltham-based RTN Federal Credit Union collected and donated nearly 70 blankets to the Massachusetts Coalition for the Homeless’ A Bed for Every Child program. The blankets for infants and children were knitted by Blankets for Kids volunteers from the Amesbury Senior Community Center.
