Congress Square Names First Restaurant Operator

The operators of sushi and noodle bowl restaurants in the Fenway and Allston will expand with a new poke bowl concept at Congress Square in the Financial District and The Beverly complex near North Station.

Love Art Poke at 40 Water St. will be the first retail tenant at Congress Square, Related Beal’s redevelopment of the former Fidelity Investments office space near Post Office Square.

POKE by Love Art will occupy the last available retail space at The Beverly, joining tenants A&B Burgers and Central Rock Gym.

Co-owners Liu and Jessica Chiep operate the Love Art Sushi restaurant in the Fenway and Love Art Udon location in Allston.
