Location data provider Skyhook has opened a new 7,469-square-foot headquarters at 12 Thompson Place in Boston’s Seaport District.

The fourth-floor space for Skyhook’s 40 employees includes an open office configuration blending collaboration and privacy, including conference rooms, sit-stand workstations, cafe, lounge, flexible meeting areas and private phone booths.

Boston-based Corderman & Co. provided construction management services on the project in collaboration with Fusion Design Consultants Inc.
