The Procopio Cos. is relocating from Lynnfield to Middleton and expanding its headquarters following the lease of new offices at 35 Village Road.

The 10,000-square-foot lease more than doubles the fourth-generation development and construction management firm’s office space. Procopio Cos.’ has over 1 million square feet of active construction projects, which represented over $596 million in development during 2021. Current projects include the 146-unit Mosiac apartments at 69 Baldwin St. in downtown Lynn and the 54-unit Daymark condo development in Portland, Maine.

Bill Clark of Clark Real Estate represented The Procopio Cos. in the lease transaction, while JLL represented owner Sovereign Partners.

Located on a 12.6-acre parcel, 35 Village Road contains 249,352 square feet of office space and was completed in 1989.
