Voter Choice of Massachusetts has leased office space in Boston’s Downtown Crossing for its new headquarters.

The non-partisan voter education group, whose directors include former Harvard President Lawrence Summers and Common Cause Massachusetts Executive Director Pam Wilmot, is taking occupancy of the top floor at 44 Temple Place immediately, Perry Brokerage announced.

Colliers International’s Ryan Healy represented Voter Choice of Massachusetts. Perry Brokerage’s Jon Gifford, Tyler Hilson, Jake Golden and Maddie Carens are the exclusive leasing agents for ownership.

The five-story class B building owned by Safar Realty Group has 2,800 square feet available.

According to Perry Research, class B office space in Boston’s core submarket averages $45.44 per square foot, with a 10.3 percent vacancy rate in the fourth quarter.
