75 Buttricks Hill DriveFormer Boston Celtics power forward Kevin Garnett is looking to sell his Concord home for $4.85 million.

The 11,000-square-foot home, located at 75 Buttricks Hill Drive, includes five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, two half bathrooms and a four-car garage. Designed by architectural firm Machado and Silvetti Assoc., the contemporary-style residence sits on 13 acres and features a master bedroom suite with an oversized dressing room, spacious kitchen with custom finishes and a bright dining area surrounded by walls of windows as well as a fully finished lower level with wine cellar, media room and gym.

The home was built in 1992 and last purchased in 2007 for $4.63 million, according to records from The Warren Group, publisher of Banker & Tradesman.

Garnett was traded to the Brooklyn Nets at the end of the 2013 basketball season, along with another former Celtics star, Paul Pierce. Garnett joined the Celtics in 2007 and helped the team win the NBA Championships in 2008.

"This amazing property was our home for more than six years, and we will always treasure the experiences and memories we have of living here," Garnett and his wife, Brandi, said in a statement. "We had many happy gatherings with family and friends, and we dedicated a lot of time and effort to incorporate our own personal touches to this home. We will miss Concord and our Boston friends."

The Garnetts’ home has been featured in several design and architecture publications, including Metropolitan Home and Architectural Record, and received a citation for excellence in architecture from the Boston Society of Architects.

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England’s Rosemary McCready has been selected to exclusively market and sell and the home. It will be marketed through the company’s luxury division, Coldwell Banker Previews International.
