A Stop & Shop-anchored shopping plaza just off the Massachusetts Turnpike in Grafton has sold for $19.1 million, according to documents filed in the Worcester South Registry of Deeds.

The Worcester Business Journal first reported the transaction.

An affiliate of First American Realty bought the plaza from an affiliate of real estate firm Edens with $14.3 million in financing from Digital Federal Credit Union.

In addition to the Stop & Shop supermarket, the 74,278-square-foot plaza contains several smaller retail storefronts leased to tenants including Anytime Fitness and Subway.

The plaza was built in 1999 and is valued at $10.7 million, according to town property records.
