Updated plans for further development at Charlestown’s fully leased Hood Park include a hotel, 200 housing units and office and lab space capable of accommodating up to 3,500 jobs.

Developers Hood Park LLC said they plan six additional buildings on the 20-acre site, which is part of a growing development cluster stretching from North Station to Somerville’s Assembly Square and the Encore casino in Everett.

Under a revised proposal submitted Friday, a 235-foot-tall lab building at 10 Stack St. would be the first new structure in a 15-year buildout, while a 150,000-square-foot addition would be built at the existing 100 Hood Park Drive office and lab building.

The latest proposal also includes a 130-room hotel at 25 Supertest St., and a 290-foot building with office, lab and residential space at 35 Supertest St. The tallest buildings would be located on the western side of the property near the upper deck of I-93 and the MBTA’s Sullivan Square station.

A 1-acre park would be built at Spice and D streets, and developers would pay for a new intersection at Hood Park Drive, Rutherford Avenue and Baldwin Street.

The full buildout would total nearly 1.8 million square feet, up from the property’s existing 1.17 million square feet, and generate up to 3,500 jobs in the new office and lab buildings, developers estimate.

In a statement, Hood Park owner Chris Kaneb said the updates come after a lengthy community process.

“Investment in Hood Park is good for everyone: it will create jobs, improve infrastructure, promote links to transit, expand community and green space as well as increase much-needed affordable housing in Charlestown,” Kaneb said.

The new proposal would generate $10.5 million in housing linkage funds and $2.1 million in job linkage funds for the city of Boston, Hood Park LLC estimates.
