Margulies Perruzzi Architects has completed design and renovation of 100 Crossing Boulevard, a 100,000-square-foot office building in Framingham.

MPA redesigned the 2-story lobby with new lighting, flooring and glass handrails and added artwork and casual seating along the window line. An updated ground floor includes a new food service area with seating, a 1,525-square-foot conference center and a fitness center with locker rooms.

Exterior improvements include a redesigned front walk and outdoor patio with seasonal seating.

National Development partnered with Fooda on lunch offerings from local restaurants in the new cafeteria.

Cranshaw Construction served as construction manager for the project, and AHA Consulting Engineers provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering services. The project team also included Daigle Engineers Inc. as structural engineer and Hawk Design Inc. as landscape architect.

They Said It:

“MPA recognizes what tenants require in order to attract great talent and retain key employees, and their design for 100 Crossing Boulevard really transformed a dated office building into a bright building with appealing amenities.”
