Halloran Consulting Group has leased 25,500 square feet at 22 Thomson Place in Boston’s Fort Point for a relocated and expanded headquarters. 

Currently located at 266 Summer St., the firm provides development strategy and consulting for life science companies. 

Halloran’s growth during the pandemic prompted it to seek expansion in a collaborative workspace within the growing Seaport life science cluster. 

Avison Young’s Justin Dziama represented Halloran in the negotiations with the sublandlord, represented by Avison Young’s John Dolan.
