HCL Corp., sales lead generation specialist By Appointment Only and US Alliance Federal Credit Union have signed office leases totaling 75,659 square feet at 300 Apollo Drive in Chelmsford, while Axis Communications renewed its lease for 59,670 square feet. 

Boston-based Tritower Financial acquired the 293,000-square-foot 300 Apollo Drive in 2014 for $39.4 million. Amenities include newly renovated outdoor seating with gas fire pit, two basketball courts and free Zagster bikes. Tenant services include weekly workout classes, monthly happy hours and a farm share delivery service. 

CBRE/NE’s John Wilson is the exclusive leasing agent for the building. Rob Walles from CBRE/NE represented HCL Corp., while Matt Daniels from JLL represented By Appointment Only. Chris Decembrele from JLL represented US Alliance Federal Credit Union. Wilson was the sole broker for Axis Communications.
