Four companies have signed leases for 75 Hayden Ave., a 214,440-square-foot life science facility at the Hayden Research Campus in Lexington. The leases by Frequency Therapeutics, Voyager Therapeutics, Integral Health and Dicerna Pharmaceuticals bring the property up to 100 percent occupancy before its scheduled completion this fall. 

The 4-story speculative 75 Hayden building anchors the 37-acre Hayden Research Campus located at the junction of Route 2 and Route 128. 

JLL Managing Directors Ben Coffin, Don Domoretsky and Tucker Hansen represented ownership in the lease transactions.  

Boston-based King Street Properties is the largest private owner and operator of life science real estate in Greater Boston, with over 2 million square feet of lab space in Cambridge and the suburbs.
