Nine leases totaling nearly 118,000 square feet have been executed at KS Partners’ Highwood Office Park in Tewksbury in the past 12 months. 

Companies involved in the transactions include C.H. Robinson, TTI Inc., ACS, The MFA Cos., Smart Modular, Corvia Medical, Northstar, Draper & Kramer and Cast Navigation. 

The three-building, 297,000-square-foot office park is located on 17.7 acres off Interstate 495. The amenity package includes a cafe, fitness center with showers, and 277-room on-site Holiday Inn with meeting and conference space with capacity for 350 guests. 

Cushman & Wakefield’s Michael Dalton and Blake Baldwin represented Woburn-based KS Partners in the lease transactions.
