Industrious has opened a 28,711-square-foot co-working space at 100 Summer St. in Boston’s Financial District. 

The 16th-floor space provides free parking, 83 private offices with seating for one to eight people, 10 conference rooms, six phone rooms, unlimited color printing and a coffee bar and lounge. Tenants also have access to 100 Summer St.’s new tenant amenity lounge which includes a fitness center, catering area, game room and beer bar. 

Monthly co-working memberships start at $675 and dedicated desks are available beginning at $950. 

Brooklyn, New York-based Industrious operates more than 50 locations in 33 cities nationwide, including additional Boston locations at 855 Boylston St. in Back Bay and 22 Boston Wharf Road in the Seaport District.
