Seven tenants have signed leases totaling over 58,000 square feet at One and Three Burlington Woods, a 272,339-square-foot office complex.

Perfecto Mobile and Edgewise Networks leased 16,002 and 10,561 square feet respectively as the two companies relocate and expand within the town of Burlington. Rolta AdvizeX leased 8,584 square feet in a relocation from Northwest Park in Burlington. LeaseQ renewed and expanded its lease to occupy just over 8,300 square feet, while Qstream also relocated and expanded to the park, taking just over 4,600 square feet. HighRoads relocated within the park to 5,802 square feet, while LiveRamp renewed its existing 4,716 square feet space.

Located on a 14.7-acre site, One and Three Burlington Woods includes two on-site cafeterias and a renovated cyber café, fitness center, putting green, bicycle sharing, electric vehicle charging stations and walking trails to the Boston Marriott Burlington and Wayside Commons. JLL represented ownership in the lease transactions.
