What: Spec Office Suite

Architects SGA designed a new 32,219-square-foot spec office suite on the fourth floor of 125 Summer St., a 22-story office tower in Boston’s South Station submarket. 

Collaborating with commercial furniture provider Workflow, SGA created the space to support four distinct work modes – meet, ideate, connect and retreat – to appeal to a variety of tenants. 

Open office areas include mobile workstations, while a “team zone” is equipped with flexible furniture, wireless presentation capabilities and acoustic materials. A quiet commons and traditional offices provide alternate seating for focused work and private meetings. 

Video conferencing rooms are designed to support small- and large-scale meetings and are equipped with face lighting, backdrops and wireless capabilities.
