Bay Cove Human Services has leased 26,000 square feet at CuraHealth Hospital in Stoughton for its addiction services program. The program was until 2014 located on Boston’s Long Island.

The facility at 909 Sumner St. previously housed Steward Health Care’s long-term acute care unit.

The campus consists of a medical office building and a hospital building, connected by a recently renovated lobby. Additional spaces are available in the building, including a 23,000-square-foot hospital suite and up to 10,000 square feet of medical offices.

Colliers International’s P.J. Foster represented Bay Cove in the transaction, which will give Bay Cove lower rents than alternatives in Boston, Colliers said in a press release. Bay Cove’s current headquarters are at 66 Canal St. in Boston.
