Lowell General Hospital and Contract Logix LLC have leased 32,600 square feet at 55 Technology Drive in Lowell.

The hospital, which has a nearby Chelmsford campus, will occupy 24,116 square feet for administrative offices.

Contract Logix will relocate its headquarters from 248 Mill Road in Chelmsford and occupy 8,516 square feet.

The leases bring the occupancy rate of the 89,000-square-foot office building up to 100 percent. Other tenants include Boston Scientific, Borrego Solar and Lowell Five Cent Savings Bank.

Joel Kahn of Equity Alliance LLC represented Lowell General Hospital and Matt Adams of NGKF represented Contract Logix. Boston-based landlord Novaya Real Estate Ventures was represented by Mark Reardon with CBRE | New England for both transactions.
