A realty trust affiliated with Cohasset native and Lone Star Funds CEO John Grayken closed on the 60th-floor unit, according to a filing with the Suffolk County Registry of Deeds. The transaction includes six parking spaces.
Interior alterations total $7.85 million, according to a building permit filed with the city of Boston on March 18.

Developer Millennium Partners listed the penthouse in 2014 as construction began on the 60-story luxury tower designed by Handel Architects at 1 Franklin St. in Downtown Crossing. The first residents began moving into condos in the 442-unit structure in July. Construction continues on the penthouse units beginning on the 46th floor and Pabu restaurant by chef Michael Mina, which will open this fall.
