Center Court Properties is contemplating a large, three-phase development for land it owns next to the former Boston Globe headquarters on Boston’s Morrissey Boulevard.

The firm presented plans for its 75 Morrissey Blvd. properties to a Savin Hill community group on June 3, according to the Dorchester Reporter. Documents from the meeting showed seven residential towers atop pediments featuring parking and retail, including a home for a Stop and Shop store currently on the site. At full build-out, the plans show the site with 1,774 residential units.

Plans are still very preliminary, Center Court representatives told the Dorchester Reporter, and the company does not have a target timetable for when it plans to submit a proposal to city officials.
