| New York Life has occupied its newly built-out offices at 1050 Hingham St. in Rockland.
The 6,318-square-foot offices will provide New York Life with access to a growing customer base on the South Shore.
Owned and managed by A.W. Perry, the 39,77-square-foot, 3-story office building is located at the Exit 14 ramp of Route 3 South.
Jon Gifford of Perry Brokerage represented A.W. Perry, and Nicole Tiger and Sean Lynch of JLL represented New York Life in the lease transaction.
