NH Manufacturer Opening Andover Facility

A New Hampshire manufacturer of precision tools used in the semiconductor and electronics industries will open its first Massachusetts location in Andover.

Disco Hi-Tec America Inc. leased 7,200 square feet at Cummings Properties’ 40 Shattuck Road, and will relocate its Manchester, New Hampshire facility.

The Andover location gives the company proximity to a primary client and major highways, according to a statement by Cummings Properties.

Cummings acquired the 120,000-square-foot 40 Shattuck Road for $12 million in 2017 from Boston Properties. Other tenants include Agri-Mark/Cabot Creamery, Woodard & Curran and Caradigm.
