Nonprofit and Investment Manager Relocate to Beverly

The nonprofit Lappin Foundation and an investment company that manages its assets are relocating from Salem to Beverly’s Cummings Center.

The foundation and Shetland Investments leased a combined 5,900 square feet at the Route 62 complex and will take occupancy in March, Cummings Properties announced.

The public nonprofit Lappin Foundation was founded in 2012 and provides programs to enhance Jewish identity, including Holocaust education programs and youth travel programs.

Cummings Properties leasing associate Joe Greer represented ownership in the lease negotiation.

“The Lappin and Cummings organizations have a decades-long history of mutual respect for each other’s approach to commercial real estate and charitable giving,” Greer said in statement. “We are delighted and honored that Robert Lappin’s legacy entities have chosen to make their new homes at Cummings Center.”
