North Brookfield Savings Bank’s Cookbooks for Camp Putnam campaign is compiling 500 recipes from customers and bank employees in order to produce a hardcover book to benefit Camp Putnam.

Proceeds will help the residential camp build a new arts and crafts building at its rural New Braintree campus, The cookbooks will be sold at NBSB branches beginning  next spring, with proceeds going to Camp Putnam’s Arts and Crafts Building Project.

Camp Putnam provides children in the Greater Worcester area, regardless of income level, with a residential camp experience.

"We truly saw a need there, and we were looking for a creative way to help out," Donna Boulanger, president and CEO of North Brookfield Savings Bank, said in a statement. "It only made sense that the fundraising effort to build a new Arts and Crafts Building would itself be artistic and creative."
