Construction of a 77-unit waterfront condominium project at the Hingham Shipyard property has completed with 70 percent of the units presold.

Developed by A.W. Perry and Boston Andes Capital, the Brio complex comprises a 5-story, 160,000-square-foot building overlooking the marina next to the shipyard’s retail and restaurant complex.

Asking prices range from $500,000 to $1.3 million. The complex was designed by Bargmann Hendrie + Archetype and Albert, Righter & Tittmann, and led by Bridgewater-based Callahan Construction Managers. Amenities include bike and kayak storage, a dog run and elevated waterfront courtyard with fire pit and grills.

Brio is the second project managed by Callahan Construction Managers at the Route 3A property, having previously overseen the 225,000-square-foot Launch at Hingham Shipyard mixed-use development.
