Promotions and hires in the financial industry dominate this week’s Personnel File.

bankESB
Easthampton-based bankESB has hired Tiffany Raines as assistant vice president and branch officer of the new Holyoke branch located at 170 Sargeant St. Raines was most recently assistant vice president and banking center manager of PeoplesBank’s West Springfield location. Additionally, Tenaya Read has been promoted to the position of assistant branch manager at the new location. Read joined the bank in 2004 and was most recently the senior teller at the main office in Easthampton.

BOND
Anthony “Tony” Bond has been promoted to president of construction firm BOND’s civil and utility division, and Kane Cuddy has been promoted to COO of the division. They will spearhead BOND’s long-range strategic plan developing integrated solutions to align BOND’s services and capabilities with client needs.

Bristol County Savings Bank
Taunton-based Bristol County Savings Bank promoted Roger A. Cabral, Paul Camille, Tim Chaves and Jeff Pagliuca to the position of senior vice president of commercial lending with each team leaders in Fall River, Attleboro, Taunton and New Bedford, respectively. In this capacity, they will be responsible for supervising their lending teams and developing and managing commercial loan and deposit relationships.

Greylock Federal Credit Union
Rhonda Serre has joined Pittsfield-based Greylock Federal Credit Union in the newly created position of corporate communications director, focusing on internal and external communications. Serre has led communications efforts in private, government and nonprofit entities throughout the region since graduating from The College of Saint Rose in 1996. She comes to Greylock from Elder Services of Berkshire County where she managed all fundraising and marketing efforts for the agency.

PeoplesBank
Suzanne Rosenberg has been promoted to assistant vice president and manager for PeoplesBank’s West Springfield office, and Michael Gay has been promoted to manager of the Amherst location.

WinnCompanies
Thuong “Terri” Benskin has joined Boston-based WinnResidential, the property management arm of multifamily property developer and manager WinnCompanies, as executive vice president. She joins the company from LEDIC Realty Co., where she was COO, and brings more than 23 years of property management experience to the position.
