Acella Construction

Deane Ferioli has joined Pembroke-based Acella Construction as a project superintendent. Ferioli brings 35 years of industry experience encompassing residential, commercial and public works projects to his post with Acella, most recently as owner of Ferioli Custom Building in Bridgewater.

Bay State Savings Bank
Peter Rovezzi has been promoted to vice president of strategic sales at Bay State Savings Bank. Rovezzi has more than 14 years of experience in banking in Central Massachusetts; he joined Bay State Savings Bank in 2009.

Bristol County Savings Bank
Jessica A. Krywosa has been appointed vice president and digital marketing strategist at Taunton-based Bristol County Savings Bank. Prior to joining the bank, Krywosa held the position of marketing director for DockYard Inc. in Boston, while also running her own marketing consulting business.

Columbia Construction Co.
Siggy Pfendler, LEED AP, has been promoted to director of improvement and innovation at North Reading-based construction management firm Columbia Construction Co.

East Cambridge Savings Bank
Zenaida Buenaventura Orduna recently joined East Cambridge Savings Bank as a wealth management advisor. Prior to her current role, Orduna held positions at several large financial institutions as an investment banker and wealth advisor. She is a seasoned financial services professional with nearly 20 years of experience.

Hancock Assoc.
Deborah L. Colbert, P.E., and Brian B. Donegan, P.L.S., have joined Chelmsford-based Hancock Assoc., a local provider of land surveying, civil engineering and wetland science services, as senior project managers. Colbert is a registered professional environmental engineer; prior to joining Hancock, she was an environmental sales engineer and a project manager at several Boston-area engineering firms. Donegan is a registered professional land surveyor; prior to joining Hancock, he was a senior project manager and survey project manager at several civil engineering and land surveying firms.

Jack Conway
Susan Babb has been appointed Jack Conway’s director of relocation and corporate services. Conway’s corporate asset manager since 2016, Babb will now lead the relocation department and serve as liaison to the company’s global relocation network, the LeadingRE.

Metro Credit Union
Chelsea-based Metro Credit Union has promoted two and hired one new business development officers:

  • Maria Tenaglia first joined Metro as a summer intern in 2016; she was a mortgage sales specialist before transitioning to the role of human resources assistant.
  • Nicole Buccheri joined Metro in December 2017 as administrative assistant, supporting numerous projects including data management and reporting, community outreach, marketing and event production.
  • Marsela Stoja returns to Metro Credit Union and joins the business development team with over five years of experience in the financial industry.

Mirrione, Shaughnessy & Uitti
Jed Ruccio, former head of McCarter & English’s Construction Group, is the latest big law firm lawyer to become a partner at Mirrione, Shaughnessy & Uitti, a West Bridgewater-based boutique firm specializing in real estate, condominium and construction law.

Newburyport Five Cents Savings Bank
K. Mark Primeau has joined Newburyport Five Cents Savings Bank’s board of directors. Primeau retired from Bank of New Hampshire as president and CEO in 2017. Prior to that, over nearly 20 years with Eastern Bank, he was president of consumer and business banking and chairman of Eastern Insurance Group.

William Raveis Real Estate
Lea Cohen has joined the Brookline office of William Raveis Real Estate. Cohen comes to Raveis as a top producing agent with 14 years of experience.
