The Asian Community Development Corp.’s board of directors have selected Angie Liou as executive director. Liou has served as acting executive director since July 2015. Previously, she served as the director of real estate.

Matthew Williams

Bay State Savings Bank

Bay State Savings Bank announced that Christopher P. Coulter has been named business development officer at its 28 Franklin St. location in Worcester. Coulter was most recently an assistant vice president and branch manager at Citizens Bank in Foxboro.

Fidelity Bank

Matthew Williams has joined Fidelity Bank as vice president and branch manager of the Paxton office. He was most recently manager of Citizens Bank’s Littleton branch and previously held the same role in Gardner.

Keith Kirkland

Webster Five

Webster Five Cents Savings Bank has hired Keith Kirkland as vice president and business lending officer to join the business banking division. In this role, he will be responsible for the structuring and closing of business loans, developing new business and maintaining and the existing loan portfolio. Most recently, Kirkland spent six years at Southbridge Savings Bank as vice president and commercial lender.
