Bristol County Savings Bank

Taunton-based Bristol County Savings Bank has promoted Isaura Tavares to assistant vice president of cash management.

The bank has also promoted Paul Reynolds to manage its Fall River branch and Melissa Beauregard to the position of indirect loan officer.

The Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod

Hyannis-based The Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod has hired Shanika Rogowski as senior vice president and chief residential lending officer and Steven Taylor as vice president and residential lending operations manager. Rogowski was formerly senior vice president and chief revenue and Taylor was most recently vice president of residential lending at at Mansfield Bank.

Federal Reserve Bank of Boston

The Federal Reserve Bank of Boston has made three personnel announcements. Dan Anthony has been hired as senior vice president and chief information officer for the FedNowSM Service, while Matthew Postulka joins the Bank as senior vice president and chief information officer for technology and operations. Maureen Savage has been promoted to senior vice president of strategic bank services.

Mechanics Cooperative Bank

Fall River-based Mechanics Cooperative Bank has promoted Joshua Houghton to assistant vice president and commercial lending officer.

Meridian Assoc.

Beverly-based civil engineering firm Meridian Associates has named Douglas F. Reed as its new president and CEO.

Mortgage Network

Danvers-based Mortgage Network has hired Rochelle McFarland as a loan officer in the company’s Danvers branch.

MutualOne Bank

Framingham-based MutualOne Bank has promoted William Eastty to senior vice president overseeing residential and consumer lending and loan servicing. The bank also promoted Joanne Pizzigno to vice president of the loan servicing department.

North Brookfield Savings Bank

North Brookfield Savings Bank has hired John Thomasian as vice president, treasurer and CFO. Thomasian was most recently vice president of revenue for Webster First Credit Union.

The bank has also hired Lawerence Scalise as vice president and commercial lender. Most recently, he was a small business banker for KeyBank.

North Easton Savings Bank

Easton-based North Easton Savings Bank has appointed Jina Kim as senior vice president and chief culture officer. This newly created role focuses on ensuring the bank’s commitment to its core values and emphasis on its commitment to its employees and community. Kim was most recently executive vice president of human resources at Meridian Bank.

North Shore Bank

Peabody-based North Shore Bank has hired Edward F. Fitzgerald as vice president in its consumer lending division.

Perkins+Will

Boston-based architects Perkins+Will has promoted five and hired one. Andrew Grote and Gautam Sundaram have been promoted to principal; Jeremy Dearborn and Derek Johnson have been promoted to associate principal; Abby Gillespie has been promoted to director of marketing; and Emily Klein has joined the practice as an associate principal and director of workplace strategy.
