Waltham-based fintech Jassby Inc. announced the appointment of tech industry veteran David Laubner to the role of chief revenue officer. Laubner comes to the software company from Amazon, where he led its Blink home security team.

Waterbury, Connecticut-based Webster Bank announced the election of Linda Ianieri to its board of directors. Ianieri recently retired from PricewaterhouseCoopers after nearly 40 years of providing audit and advisory services to a broad range of both public and private financial services companies.
